At Willow Mae Tallow, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used products.

Returns

We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the error was ours.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
